Environmental Law Clerk Internship

The Conservation Law Foundation, New England's leading environmental advocacy organization, offers Legal Clerkships to second and third year law students throughout the academic year. CLF has a staff of 15+ attorneys and experts in fields such as marine science and resource economics. Legal clerks will be closely mentored by one of our CLF staff members and have the opportunity to work in a number of our program areas to improve management of natural resources and advance environmental protection and public health throughout New England. In addition to legal research and preparation of materials needed for litigation and other advocacy initiatives, you will also have the opportunity to participate in negotiation, agency and court proceedings, and are encouraged to participate fully in the life of our organization.

Environmental or other relevant experience is preferred and interest in environmental advocacy is essential. People of color and individuals with experience in public health are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications will not be reviewed until all materials have been submitted.
