		<description>Thanks Sean, for spreading the dirty, oily truth.  Your post certainly highlights the importance of the Citizens United case and the impact that allowing corporations to flow millions of dollars into campaigns will have on issues that affect all of us and affect those with little financial resources most.

Amazing that some of these representatives can speak without turning bright red from embarrassment.  Offshore oil drilling is no safer or more environmentally friendly than it was back in 1979 when I first visited the ocean at Padre Island and had to wear galoshes to keep from getting my feet dirty from the tar balls.
