Massachusetts semi-quasi state agencies failed out citizens placing commercial wind turbines to near our homes! The residents of Falmouth are living in their basements ! We only need look at Falmouth Experience: Life Under The Blades it's looking more and more that widespread acceptance of wind turbines on the Cape and Islands will be problematic. In the towns where turbines have faltered, there has been no effort to revisit them. The citizens groups are looking at class action litigation as the Governor continues to push commercial wind turbines ! Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown and Sam Jonsson may be the only ones to stop the the wilful and unlawful infliction of injury upon our residential property rights !
