Congratulations to the GCA coalition for tirelessly championing this bill through some very tough challenges and arriving at a very successful final product, despite the biggest enemy, the clock, the bill was passed in the nick of time.
Now we need to shift our foci to GCA 3.0 and address the Mass SREC program Abd how to effectively support the floor price of $285 and to revisit the uniform property tax on solar farms !
