I am a citizen of Whitefield, NH, who owns a home and property that abuts the PSNH power lines and proposed route for Northern Pass. I am considering filing for intervener status. In the North Country Council, Inc.’s filing in 2010, they list an OE docket number. I would guess that the docket number is differnt this time around. If so, could you let me know what the current docket number is? Also, is it possible to submit the request electronically, or do the rules require that hard copy be sent by mail? (If hard copy is required, I am probably too late.)
