Any current expenses will be small as compared with the future costs resulting from climate change if we don’t do it. We must give up “instant gratification” and think of the future. If no action is takem, 1/3 or more of Boston may be underwater in 5 – 10 years. Back Bay will really be BACK BAY. How much will that affect our economy?
