It is very confusing to the lay person . As a local that deals with the plant I know what is happening there . From spring to present they have been running at idle . Coal consumsion is at a all time low .I expect a coal shipment every 2.5 weeks ,there have been 3 in this time period . Do you know of the #4 unit oil scam they have .
