A wholly developed within-Quebec bikes/docks/etc. grew within the home of the Montreal parking system. Price for the April-November season, $78 with visitors able to use sun-powered dock machines for day/hour rentals. First 30 minutes is free.
Being located near the old Forum, can bike just about anywhere downtown, dock the bike, then shop, breakfast or whatever and an hour later take a bike back, all at 0 cost.
