CLF and other reporters on needs at home should ALWAYS mention war expenses when describing what states need and cannot accomplish. Until the voters understand the needless and wasteful war budget, the waste will continue.

It will be nearer to 200 million.

The South Coast Rail project is a bust ! Who is taking the train to New Bedfore anyway ? While the governor promised the New Bedford Mayor the new railway he also promised the Cape a train also .

Too much money ! Take some of the money making all the people sick with those commercial wind turbines in peoples back yards and build a train route
