No clear coherant emergency public evacuation plan if accident occurs. Densely populated, inner city neighborhood location of facility: 3-4 blocks from Orchard Gardens public school; one block from homless shelter; across the highway artery from South Bay Prison and one block from Interstate 95. There are questions re the safe transportation of pathogens in and out of the facility by FedEx, UPS, etc. Flood zone location risk, self explanatory. Electrical black outs with no working back up security system (similar to Boston March 14, 2012). Since the federal government will control the lab, then government will be able to produce weapons of war in the name of peace.
