We need to strengthen our MBTA financially. I think that a gasoline tax is better than raising fares. We also need more federal help with the MBTA. That’s my thoughts. This needs to be a priority. We need to build a groundswell of support for the MBTA. We definitely need to keep improving accountability while seeking funding for the system.
