The Conservation Law Foundation needs to review its policy on ocean wind turbines vs the New Bedford fishermen . The CLF appears to require the fishermen to adhere to the catch limits and Amendment 16 .There is no wiggle room for the fishermen and it appears the Mom and Pop fishing boats under 60 feet will soon be taken over by mortage companies and the only fishing boats left will be the corporation boats over 60 feet .

The CLF backs the ocean wind turbine but refuses to acknowledge the fact that the under water three phase electric cables give off large amounts of heat as would the water around an industrial power plant . The cables will be dug in 3 to 6 feet under the ocean floor .The entire electric grid of the turbines will create a warming of the ocean floor .

Let's weigh the damage from the electric cables with that of the fishermen
