		<description>Well put.  There are a million other issues that should come before making the head of NOAA label as public  enemy #1.  Gross underfunding of NOAA, poor support and enforcement of fishing regs, lack of true marine spatial planning implementation, the list goes on.  Placing Lubchenco as the scapegoat does little to solve any real problems facing anybody.  It simply is pandering for votes from the fishing industry.</description>
