In fact, it is quite the opposite. If trawlers want to bring old traps back to the dock that&#039;d be fine, but that doesn’t make trawling a beneficial activity.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I believe you have it all wrong.... Maybe you should look at who fishes in these areas now and what kind of damage they have been doing for the past 19 years.  How many ghost gear trawls of wire lobster traps are left behind?  Years ago wooden traps wood help create habitat- today the wire just clouds the bottom making it stagnent.  You should praise the trawlers for going in there and moving and removing this junk~ and helping the bottom come back to life!!!]]></description>
