Meanwhile, they report to NRC but keep operating at 120% of design basis without backup cooling, and with primary cooling dependent on hypothetical functioning under "containment overpressure" conditions, a condition anomalous with originally designed operating parameters, in the 39th year of the reactor's 40-year design life. What me worry? Yup.
