		<description>And just today we hear they have a radioactive steam leak in the HPCI system (1st line of defense--a back up cooling system, which is now inoperable) that required evacuating the reactor building of all but essential personnel. Meanwhile, they report to NRC but keep operating at 120% of design basis without backup cooling, and with primary cooling dependent on hypothetical functioning  under &quot;containment overpressure&quot; conditions, a condition anomalous with originally designed operating parameters, in the 39th year of the reactor&#039;s 40-year design life. What me worry? Yup.</description>
