		<description>I am a Soutn Carolina resident. Why don&#039;t I see something--anything here as a response from South Carolina, since we open on--feed into the sea?

I&#039;ve been told we grow produce and tomatoes and ship to New York... maybe it all works out in the end.

		<description>I suspect that the Trash Track chip will illuminate problems in waste management systems - thereby forcing some of those systems to change. I think it&#039;s great! It adds a new level of accountability.</description>
