		<description><![CDATA[Thank you very much for your persistent and careful work protecting VT&#039;s waters -- finite and essential for life. In the age of climate crisis, we cannot be complacent about water resources or their contamination. The Clean Water Act is revived in VT, and I look for opportunities to see that VT&#039;s pesticide regulations --now under revision--bear relevance to the CWA.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Sincere thanks for CLF&#039;s leadership, consistent diligence and professional approach to such a serious Vermont matter.  You bring happiness back into my life. For natural resources management and oversight, it appears VT gov will continue to need a strategic partnership network approach from the private sector entities such as what CLF provides. I look forward to seeng more innovation in VT Government&#039;s partnership network, such as local accountablity policies and rules for all land and water users. Put the users in charge. Reduce overhead and instill local implementation quality assurance agreements versus hanging on to the old fashioned quality control paradigm.]]></description>
