The CLF Team

Hilda Rios is Information Systems Manager for CLF. Hilda maintains and supports the entire information systems infrastructure for the Boston, Portland, Concord, Montpelier, and Providence offices. In addition, she performs the research, planning and implementation of all the new network technical upgrades for the organization.
