Mark Cullinan is a Project Manager with CLF Ventures. Mark brings over 30 years of senior-level management in the public sector developing expertise in financial and project management, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and contract administration. From 1996 to 2011, he served as Town Administrator for the Town of Nahant. His tenure in Nahant focused on building community support while developing sound fiscal and public policy.  Before Nahant, from 1987 to 1996, he was the Director of Planning and Development for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management (currently the Department of Conservation and Recreation), responsible for preparing land-use plans, infrastructure development, and capital asset management for the Commonwealth’s forests and park lands. Among other efforts, Mark was responsible for developing the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Mark holds a B.S. in Environmental Design with a concentration in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master of City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
