The CLF Team

Max Greene is a Staff Attorney for CLF Rhode Island.  Max earned his B.A. from Carleton College and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. After working as a law clerk in Rhode Island Superior Court and litigating on behalf of low-income clients at Rhode Island Legal Services, Max spent more than two years as a law clerk to the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Just before joining CLF, Max worked as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence, where he represented the City Plan Commission and Zoning Board and served as a liaison to the United States Department of Justice regarding Americans with Disabilities Act compliance. Max is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
