Stephanie Pan is a Volunteer Attorney with the CECC advocacy team. Previously, she spent three years in private practice as a litigator. She clerked at the Lower Colorado River Authority during law school addressing numerous aspects of environmental permitting under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.  Stephanie is a 2008 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
