Wendy Miller

Bio

Wendy Miller is a Volunteer Attorney. An environmental attorney with over 20 years’ experience spanning government service and private practice, she has volunteered her time to advise and represent CLF on Clean Water Act enforcement matters since 2008.  Wendy served as a Senior Assistant Regional Counsel and Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. EPA Region III office in Philadelphia for over ten years, during which time she served as lead counsel in numerous administrative enforcement cases under the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, and other regulatory programs.  Wendy has also represented clients on environmental matters at private firms in Philadelphia and Uniondale, New York. She is currently admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
