Dale Azaria

Dale Azaria, Esq., has been a Senior Fellow at CLF for the past three years.  In that time she’s worked on a variety of issues including transportation, climate resilience, and environmental justice.  She came to CLF following six years as General Counsel for the State of Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development, where her work addressed affordable housing development, smart growth, and historic preservation. Prior to that, she was General Counsel for PC Construction Company. Dale holds a J.D. from NYU Law School and a M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Vermont.  Dale has lived in Burlington VT for 25 years.  In her free time, Dale likes to bike, hike, snowshoe, or curl up on the couch with a good book.
