Rosalind Waltz-Peters is CLF’s Foundation Relations Coordinator. She graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College, where she earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Environmental Policy, Politics, and Economics and a biology minor. As an undergrad, Rosalind explored environmental and food policy through summer internships at the Community Food and Justice Coalition in Oakland, CA, and at Boston area nonprofits The Food Project and Daily Table.
Now living in Dorchester, she spends her free time searching for the perfect running route and entertaining her roommates with her cooking escapades.
