Andrea Leshak is a senior attorney in CLF’s Strategic Litigation program. Andrea joins CLF from U.S. EPA Region 2 where she served as an Assistant Regional Counsel focused on Superfund enforcement and cost recovery litigation. Before EPA, Andrea was an attorney at Hackensack Riverkeeper and NY/NJ Baykeeper and a legal fellow at NRDC.
Andrea is a graduate of NYU Law and earned environmental resource management and philosophy degrees from Penn State University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York, as well as multiple federal courts.
