Monica comes to CLF with experience in healthcare administration, higher education, and technology. She has worked for organizations such as Atrius Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Lesley University. While in healthcare, she worked in clinics with an inclusive array of patient backgrounds, including children with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Throughout her career she has helped organizations create and implement human resources and talent acquisition processes that focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Monica graduated from Lesley University with a master’s in science management.
Monica lives in Massachusetts with her family. In her spare time she enjoys exploring New England and baking sweets with her son!
