Stu Feldman recently retired from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where he was senior counsel in the Enforcement Department for more than 15 years with a focus on bringing actions for violations of anti-money laundering laws. Stu also previously served as a branch chief in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he led a team of lawyers and accountants and investigated and litigated matters concerning insider trading, market manipulation, and financial fraud.

Over the course of his career, Stu also practiced at the Boston offices of two law firms – Skadden and Greenberg Traurig – and was an officer of two financial services firms with broker-dealer and investment advisor subsidiaries. Stu was the president of the SEC-registered broker-dealers at both firms.

Stu lives in Swampscott, Massachusetts. He and his wife have three kids, now grown and successful, and an amiable dog. In his spare time, Stu enjoys cycling and relaxing at the nearby beaches.
