The Conservation Law Foundation filed petitions this week with the DEM seeking to have the state agency more forcefully regulate stormwater by requiring permits for properties that discharge into Mashapaug Pond in Providence, Bailey’s Brook in Middletown and North Easton Pond, in Middletown and Newport.
