Raya Rafia Choudhury joins CLF as the Foundation Relations Assistant. Originally from Bangladesh, Raya received her BS in Environmental Science where she researched topics on environmental policy and greenwashing. She went on to receive her MS in Environmental Science & Policy from Clark University where she discovered her passion for nonprofit and advocacy work. While pursuing her master’s, she volunteered with local nonprofits working towards resource development, has interned for advocacy nonprofits such as the Environmental Voter Project, and worked for the Integration & Belonging Hub at Clark University focused on environmentalism and social justice.
In her spare time, Raya enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, traveling, and is an avid coffee enthusiast.
