Phoebe DeMeerleer

Phoebe DeMeerleer is a Charlotte E. Ray Legal Fellow. She joins CLF from Boston University School of Law, where she received her JD. She has a BA in political science from Western Washington University. She was born and raised in Washington state and is new to Providence, RI. She spends her spare time reading, listening to podcasts and music, crocheting, drawing, and baking. She is looking forward to exploring Providence and finding new museums, coffee shops, and outdoor activities over the next year.
