Michele Yao serves as the Development Assistant for CLF. She was introduced to the organization while previously working as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant and fell in love with CLF’s people and mission. With a background of nine years in human resources and employee management, Michele has a passion for bringing people together as a team. During her career, she has helped develop new training and certification programs for previous companies, as well as create and implement new strategies to drive performance.
In her free time, Michele is frequently found in the White Mountains, working as a volunteer for trail maintenance and repair, or hiking with her two dogs.
