Phil Papiasvili is a Staff Attorney II in CLF’s Boston office. He is part of the Healthy & Resilient Communities Program with a focus on Community Resilience.
Phil holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining CLF, Phil was an attorney in Brooklyn, NY at the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice. While there, he litigated on behalf of children in cases of child neglect and abuse, termination of parental rights, and more. He then spent time as a civil litigator representing adult survivors of childhood abuse. In his free time, Phil is an avid reader and sports fan who enjoys travelling and trying new things.
Phil is admitted to the New York state bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is currently practicing on certain Massachusetts cases on a Pro Hac Vice basis while his application to practice law in Massachusetts is pending.
