The Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) has filed a lawsuit over excessive idling against the company that provides school buses for Boston Public Schools. Current Massachusetts regulation limits idling of motor vehicles to five minutes. CLF claims the company, Transdev, far exceeded that limit.
