A lawsuit filed Monday by a pair of environmentalist groups against Eversource and Connecticut-based Granite Shore Power claims violations of the Clean Water Act by the coal-fired Merrimack Station power plant in Bow.
Conservation Law Foundation and the Sierra Club announced Monday that both groups filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Concord.
